It’s been a rollercoaster of a year, but it’s time to add a little fun into our lives again with some travel. As one of the first trips I’ve taken since Coronavirus hit, a weekend in Montauk was magical.

After turning my life upside down exactly one year ago, I’m finally turning the page on a new chapter. I bought a home in my favorite little beachside town, New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

To my girlfriends that held my hand through some of life’s hardest moments, thank you. Your friendships have filled pieces of my heart that I thought were permanently broken. You continue to lift me up, guide me, and light my days. This one is for you.

I’ve realized that sometimes we must embrace the most difficult moments of our lives in order to grow and move past it. We have to face our fears, tackling them head-on, so we can feel the pain and make room for light again. I’m 30 years old and I’m getting divorced.

I’ve always loved my birthday. Embracing yearly traditions, welcoming new beginnings, and celebrating a day all to myself has always been my kinda thing. My 29th year was a whirlwind and I’m absolutely thrilled to be stepping into my thirties. As I slowly start to get back to my blogging schedule, here are 30 little random facts about me that will let you know just a little bit more about the girl behind the blog.
